A correct pillow is one that keeps your vertebrae in its correct and natural position, minimizing any nerve irritation and protecting your long term spinal health. Your bed pillows should always give you comfort in your sleep and not back pains and sore muscles. If you want to have that, you should choose your pillows wisely. When choosing your bed pillow, you should consider the type and its firmness, so you can have a good night’s sleep.
3. Stress Management.
Having too much going on in your life can lead to tension headaches. Take a break from stressful situations. Even a few minutes can help. Meditating, exercising or talking to others could help you to manage your stress.
4. Healthy Dinner.
Certain foods may ease, and even prevent, headaches. Soothing foods such as honey, vegetable soup, fruits, Valerian, etc. Improper nutrition can easily be the cause of a headache. Hope soothing foods could relieve your headache and get you back to feeling good in no time.
5. Control Your Caffeine Intake.
Too much caffeine can do all the bad things for your body and mind. Coffee not only has an unusual effect on humans, tones and invigorates, improves mood, but also harms the body’s various systems. All those things can lead to morning headache. To get rid of morning headache, pay attention to your caffeine intake, especially before going to bed.
6. Avoid Dehydration.
